Summary: The air conditioner made a high pitched constant sound. We switched rooms & the second room air conditioner did the same thing at a different awful loud pitch. I couldn’t relax or sleep due to the noise. I regretted picking this hotel the entire night. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the complementary hair conditioner was empty. It just wasn’t a great experience like the Hilton usually is. Staff was friendly tho.

Summary: The stay was so great. I missed my check by a day called and got reinsurance that my stay was still good . I like the warm cookie and a polite staff. The room was clean and spacious. Had maid service everyday. Which , seems to lacking at other hotels The breakfast buffet is price at 17 dollar . Which was ok. But, I wasn't impressed with Maggie the hostess abd waitress. She ensured that she went every table checking on other people, but me. She walked passed me twice to do so. But, that was fine. I skipped breakfast the other days of my stay. Check out was simple and easy. Other then the restaurant deal. I enjoyed the stay .

Summary: The front desk service in the evening was exceptional, the young man is an asset to your organization. My overall stay was less than stellar. I had no hot water or a majority of my trip, bed was really uncomfortable and overall feel of the hotel just wasn't up to a double tree standard.

Summary: The bedding was comfortable and the room was clean. The onsite restaurant was just Ok and the bartender/server was super friendly. Not paying $15 breakfast buffet, what happened to the complimentary breakfast.

Summary: I checked in, and the room was next to a noisy saw work zone. Refused and got on the top floor, which was much better except for the view of a construction facility, but it was not a big deal. Service was good in fixing issue. I checked out the pool and it looks it touches a lot of rooms and gave off a gross vibe, not double-tree vibes. My thoughts are if you book here you would want to keep your curtains closed all the time and hope not to hear noises. Warm cookies were nice, bed and Room seemed clean but not the double tree vibes. Extra charge for breakfast is ridiculous and missing hot tub a minus. Clean and safe vibes yes but I expect more from double tree.

Summary: Overall room size was small. Small bathroom. Thin, single ply toilet paper. No in room clocks. Limited television stations. No hot tub in pool area. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was nice. Pool was nice size.
