Summary: The people next to us were loud all night. We phoned once to complain and someone went and knocked on their door. They turned down the music a bit but were still up all night making noise, no respect at all.

Summary: Parking is very limited, especially if you have a large vehicle. There was no parking left at all, except underground which my suburban couldn't fit in. I asked if we could cancel they said we'd still have to pay. So we had to sit and just wait for someone to leave.

Summary: Good stay but dinner on Sunday night with 8 of my family members at the hotel restaurant was absolutely terrible. The quality of food was terrible. We sent the fish and chips back as it looked and tasted worse than a frozen fish stick out of the freezer. There were many issues with the quality of the food that night, which my wife discussed with The hotel manager so hopefully the hotel will do something about quality of the restaurant food.

Summary: I had a very pleasant check-in experience and was given a delicious warm cookie to enjoy! A lovely way to welcome guests! My bed was comfortable and the towels were thick and soft! My only issue was that I had to wait at least 5 minutes for the hot water to kick in when I took a shower. Although on the day I checked out, it was fine. I had a great checkout experience with very pleasant staff and they kindly stored my bag for a few hours. I will definitely stay here again! 😀😀😀

Summary: Nice hotel, room was nice, however the bed was awful ended up sleeping on the couch, and the jet tub in the room kept turning on on its own, definitely did not have a restful sleep. I checked in just before 4pm check in but my room wasn't ready till 4:30. The food from the restaurant was good, and it was nice having a little balcony.
