Negative: The tub had Hair in it when we arrived. There were 3 roaches in the room also. I told the front desk.

Positive: The staff was very pleasant.
Negative: The room could have been a lot cleaner. It also made it challenging traveling with family and not having a refrigerator in the room. That was a disappointment. Being by the elevator was also very noisy for my daughter who was trying to sleep.
Summary: I wanted value and cleanliness for the money that I spent.

Positive: Friendly staff, and very clean. Free parking
Negative: The air conditioner in the room was so loud it was hard to sleep. Whenever it came on, it sounded like a motorcycle gang was entering the room. AWEFUL! Complained to (friendly) staff who acknowledged that their system was loud, so no need to even change room. They sent maintenance up to room who also acknowledged that that was the way the system sounded. The staff compensated me with free dinner. Also, the distance from my room to the elevator was almost a 2 minute walk. Building layout was not well thought out. I would go to another hotel the next time traveling there.

Positive: Nice restaurant food and friendly staff. The breakfast was pretty decent. I like it.
Negative: Cheap tv (old Panasonic with coaxial cable) and poor cable reception (HBO). For a Hilton I was expecting more channels or even streaming services. I couldn’t find an USB or a bag for garbage or small refrigerator for a cold drink.
Summary: Good just if you are traveling for work, but not for fun.
