Summary: The Doubletree in Grand rapids isn't a bad hotel, the problem is it's not a great one either. What it gets right: a clean room, a clean bed, a clean bathroom and basic TV options. What it got wrong: the AC is loud, you're not going to be able to sleep. My room's AC was also leaking, and a wet carpet is a mold concern.The restaurant attached to the hotel is very sub par. The breakfast buffet was mixture of cold, and lukewarm food. And for $15, it was overpriced for the quality of what you received.

Summary: The staff at the hotel was great! Even tho the reservation payment was messed up on Hotels.vom end, they fixed it and we had a great stay! Housekeeping was super nice and friendly when we needed something! Would stay here again!

Summary: The AC in my room is so loud that it wakes me up every time it start up. I stayed in RM116. The server in the restaurant are nice.

Summary: Pool and hut tub were under maintenance. The room was okay for one night but beds weren’t comfortable. I would choose to stay at a different hotel in the future.
