Summary: The hotel is very well maintained. The beds are super comfy. The staff is very friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning staff , everyone is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: Nice property. Air conditioner in lobby was out and hot tub did not work. Everything else was fine.

Summary: When we arrived for our stay the first room they put us in had no working air conditioning and the toilet was clogged. We were moved to another room where the air did not work either but the toilet worked. We left a day early. The front desk attendant, Natasha, was very helpful in getting refunded for one of my nights since we left a day early. Very disappointed in this hotel and will not be staying again.

Summary: Elevator by our room was not working but the stairs were! Pool was nice and open. Nice workout facility. The breakfast was not included and the selection not so much. We had a room with a living room type area with a half kitchen.

Summary: I was disappointed the hot tub was not in service…that was the reason I booked with DoubleTree. Also, there was no cell service, at all, in our room. My alarm did not work and I was late for an appt.

Summary: We came to Lawrence for a doctor's appt. The appt was over by noon, which was too late to check out. The front desk said they couldn't help because I booked through a third party. So, we tried to call hotels com., but had no luck. We packed up and drove back to Garden City.Everything I read said there would be no refund so that's where I gave up. We will be back in June

Summary: I found the property to be rather run down - older building, but you can tell from the walls, ceiling, etc. The hot tub was also under maintenance, which was part of the reason I booked this hotel - some advance notice would have been appreciated. And, I thought it was a bit rich to charge for breakfast buffet when other hotels offer for free as part of staying at their hotel.
