Positive: Check in was smooth, front desk staff very nice.
Negative: Went to go have drinks and a late lunch and early dinner and got yelled at by the bartender as we started to sit in the dining area as opposed to the bar. We weren’t aware of time restrictions on when you can sit where, if there was signage we must have missed it. The shuttle driver on the other hand was helpful and friendly.

Negative: Room had a bad smell Rooms facing the swimming pool (lots of noise), especially for someone who likes to have an afternoon nap. Vending machines in level 3 were not working No transparency regarding room charges.

Negative: The noise, we had a room overlooking the reception area and the noise from the reception/bar was very excessive all the way until midnight and then started again at 7:30am. The balcony glass must of been single glazed as you could hear everything going on down there, it was very unpleasant especially as we needed our sleep after our travels. The room next to ours was making erratic noises most the evening too and again at 8am with people smacking on their door and then screaming and laughing! Was not happy at all.
