Summary: It was a good stay. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I found the people working at the hotel to be friendly and welcoming. I swam in the pool and worked out in the gym several times. Both are well maintained. The food in the hotel restaurant was also good. The only disappointment was that housekeeping came to my room one time during my 5 day stay. I did not hang a sign on my door saying I didn’t want service or not to be disturbed.

Summary: Shower tub filled with about 6 inches of water during each shower. Nothing like standing in your own filth. Took tub 30 minutes in between each shower to drain x 3 showers. Tried adjusting the drain cap but nothing worked.

Summary: Downtown property is convenient to restaurants, shopping, theatre, etc. Excellent customer service and rooms were clean and inviting.

Summary: Don't be fooled by the early '90s decor, this is a lovely hotel where you're greeted with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie after a long journey, making you feel instantly welcome. The personal touch at DoubleTree is truly charming. While the room feels a bit outdated and the air conditioning/heating makes some odd noises that might keep you up at night, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Summary: Old hotel, but, upkeep is good. Seems safe, parking is well lit. The hotel staff are very accommodating. You get whay you pay for and I got a fairly decent price. Overall, nice place (I've stayed there several times).

Summary: The hotel is nice and the front desk staff is friendly and super helpful. Housekeeping could be better. We had to take our own trash out and ask for more toilet paper and towels. The only thing housekeeping did during our 5 night stay is pick up towels and drop a few off but not even the same amount each day. There were clothes from a previous guest in our dresser which makes me wonder how well the rooms are cleaned between guests.

Summary: The room was great and the hotel staff was amazing!!!! We loved our flatbread at the restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful glass of wine at the bar. The bartender was great too. Loved having the convenience of a Starbucks as well. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the lighting in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was outstanding!!!
