Summary: Great location, nice pool in the summer. Most of the staff was so nice, just one front desk girl was a bit sassy. The breakfast is NOT included, which is not clear. Shout out to Steven for helping me with my clogged toilet, thanks for being so friendly and kind in an embarrassing situation.

Summary: Restaurant didn't seem open, always looked dark and no one there. Bar was open and had great drinks, limited menu but good appetizers. Despite numerous families with children at the pool, didn't use pool due to the amount of kids there, it was very quiet in our room. Slept great. Clean, convenient location despite a few tents on the sidewalks it felt safe enough to walk to restaurant for dinner. Would stay again.

Summary: To be honest this trip left a lot to be desired. The main positive about this hotel is its security which I do appreciate. However, there are quite a few areas that need addressing. Rooms are dated. Beds were uncomfortable. Office chair is cheap and not useful. Actually the back pain speaks for itself. The AC units did not work as well. I had to set it to 72 just to get the room to 76. The lobby was very noisy as they had kids running around (not much they can do except remind other guests to keep voices down). Vending machine didn’t work. I strongly believe maintenance is an ongoing enemy. For the price of these rooms I was quite surprised there was no Fridge or Mocrowave. I should mention that the initial room they gave us was dirty, and the phone wasn’t working. (Another positive, customer service upgraded us for free) Overall if I knew this would be the experience I would have chosen Motel 6.

Summary: Solid spot that was able to help get me in a bit earlier than expected and gave me a great room. Easy walking to Moda Center and couldn't possibly be any more convenient to several lines of the Max piblic transportation rail (including the line that runs to the airport). Wish I had longer to stay there.
