Positive: The location was perfect. Staff was friendly. We were compt breakfast due to switching rooms.
Negative: We were asked to switch from a king to a double. Because it was for one night, it was no big deal. The room was falling apart. Wall paper was curling, the vent in the bathroom was rusted and not patched, and the road noise was very loud.

Positive: Excellent breakfast, great location for Notre Dame. Staff were superb, Manager was really helpful & courteous, his knowledge of our stay requirements was impressive. All staff were excellent, helpful and courteous!
Negative: All was good!

Positive: Location, breakfast on site (breakfast vouchers) parking garage, 2 miles from University of Notre Dame.
Negative: Dated, not cared for, two elevators weren’t operable so it took a while to get down, many doors were locked so couldn’t get in (maybe a security thing). Room was a little dirty, noticed a lot of dust on outlets and lampshades etc. A germaphobe wouldn’t stay there. Let’s say this, 20-30 somethings who are partying probably would care less. As you get older in life you want the value of your dollar to be represented in what you’re paying for.
Summary: All in all was a good stay. Free chocolate chip cookies at front desk softened me up a bit on this review.
