Summary: I was there to see a concert. The staff was welcoming and kind. We were able to get into our room early and was given a map of the area. The public transportation station was right across the street and free to use!!

Summary: We had very, very large water bugs in one of the bathrooms in the suite we were in. We trapped them and housekeeping did come remove them. These were not small in any way and my kids were extremely frightened. I do want to share that the hotel did take care of removing them.
