Summary: The lobby area was very nice however when you goto your room it’s a different story the towels had hair on them and the room had a horrible smell to it. The tables in the room were very dusty and the baseboards in the bathroom and room were very nasty stains on the walls and shower glass was dirty , this was my first time staying at this hotel and will be my last I would not recommend anyone who likes a really nice upscale hotel to stay here.

Summary: I would’ve given a rating of five stars, but it was not disclosed that there was a $10 per day parking fee and also the elevators at times were broken or shut down, which was a total inconvenience. Other than that the rooms were comfortable, clean and the air conditioner worked accordingly.

Summary: The hotel is dated, pool non-operational and closed off. Mirror in the bathroom was cracked, cabinet had a silver tape in place of a metal strip. It’s location is right next to the highway, very noisy. The heat/AC unit was extremely loud, which affected our sleep. Sugar and coffee were old. Not enough towels and no hairdryer. The customer service was fine, provided house keeping with towel and hairdryer after request.

Summary: I like the location, the shower glass door needed to be cleaner and the body wash and the hair conditioner containers were empty

Summary: My stay was very great. I enjoyed myself I did not know it was 3 bars and the pool area took my experience over the top. I do not write reviews but because it was an experience i never had writing one seems need when i come back i will be coming here again.
