Negative: That the microwave and refrigerator didn't work properly in the room. The refrigerator was hot in the inside and the microwave didn't get the food hot.

Positive: Breakfast is good if you dont get a breakfast voucher it's 15 per person. You basically end up paying for the convenience.

Negative: Confusion over the breakfast voucher. Even I specifically requested vouchers in my booking I was given 1 per room and then told I shouldn't have been giving those that unless your a Diamond Select level you dont qualify.
