Negative: Noise carries badly across the building. Guests in neighboring rooms and in the hallway can be heard well. Starting 8 am Saturday morning there was constant hammering and drilling somewhere above - probably not by any of the guests.

Positive: Exceptional Hospitality, Truly Memorable Stay! Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Luxembourg was outstanding. Even though we arrived 2 hours early, Ms. Rebecca welcomed us warmly and handled our check-in seamlessly. We were greeted with their famous fresh, warm cookies which were delicious! Inside our suite, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches of chocolates and bottled water. A special thanks to Mr. Yazid, Ms. Rebecca, and the housekeeping team for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Everything was perfect, and they truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended!
