Summary: The hotel is pet friendly with many guests accompanied by their dogs. Although the hotel is out of town the free bus service made travel extremely easy with the bus stop adjacent to the hotel. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean.

Summary: The room was clean, big and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The hotel is a small distance from the city centre but there is a 20 min bus that runs every 30 minutes from early in the morning till just after midnight.

Summary: Everything was good but there was a lot of people so take breakfast, swim and take the elevator was a real challenge!! I think they should receive less people for the comfort of the clients

Summary: Location is good. Not deaf friendly….no closed captions in English for deaf travelers to chill and relax for TV programs in English The meals for breakfast is fine. Dinner menu can improve for long term travelers eating. Alternate menu for each day like Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. Be more creative. Poor communication when Christmas Eve and Christmas dinners required reservation in advance or i go hungry!! Communication can improved by printing special announcement posted in an evelators or outside
