Positive: The hotel is located in the very center, a 40-minute walk from the embankment. The interior is clean and beautiful. The room is large, with a comfortable bed. There's a bar on site where you can relax after a long drive. Parking is available.
Negative: There was no music in the bar. Some game was playing on TV, and it was a bit boring.

Negative: The valet people were disrespectful to my car. Treated it like a toy.Suden starts and stops and consistently honking the horn. The room was noisy. You could hear every door slam in the hallway. The room had a funky smell. I had to wipe down the microwave before I could use it. The thermostat had a set back. Room started at 71 degrees. I wanted it at 65. The thermostat only lowered to 70. They gave me a room with damage: the tile where the shower rod was connected to the wall was cracked and broken(I took pictures) and the shower curtain was torn. Drain clogged in tub. And it was a Saturday night. Bar closed at 11pm. Bar staff not nice to anyone who came back to the hotel from the Brewers game or other events. Customers should be treated better.

Positive: Someone did text me numerous times ask me how I might say was and they did everything they could do to make it better and which they did.
Negative: They did not have a bellman.
