Positive: The overall property was great, the lobby was breathtaking. Check in was smooth, and convenient if you wanted to use the app as well. The business area was convenient as I did implement. The bed was comfortable and shower temperature was great. The staff was great!
Negative: The outer appearance needs a paint update. When you enter the hotel, there is an odor now and then. The breakfast was mediocre for the prices they charged. You would do better getting breakfast locally. The elevator was filthy, and the carpet needs a serious deep cleaning. Entering the room, it was deceiving as it seemed clean. There was dust, stains in the carpet, hair on the pillows, filthy curtains, and the a/c unit partially attached. The light fixtures and furniture need a serious update. Channels on the TV barely worked, and the digital key and ice machine didn’t work. The bathroom was surface-cleaned, hair was on the floor in the shower, and a hole from the moisture was settling. I am an early riser and “House keeping” never came and offered fresh towels my door tag was off. If you are looking for a “pool” there is none on site. They said room service is offered but nothing in the room showed that option. You would have to go down to the lobby to see what was being served. This was my first time at this establishment, and it would have so much potential if they actually cared about the appearance.
