Positive: Nice place, plenty of amenities, and convenient location for things to keep busy with and visit.
Negative: There was absolutely no help in the morning for breakfast. The young lady working did fantastic considering she was on her own. There was a fairly large crowd that came in and there was no way one person should have been asked to handle that many people. She was great, management and other staff appeared to not care at all.

Positive: Probably the nicest hotel in Nashua. Excellent reception and breakfast area. Located away from downton (happily) and in a commercail retail area, convenient to stores and restaurants.
Negative: On check-in the hotel added a charge for any additional items I might use. This was refunded on the final bill, but a little off-putting when checking in at 10PM after a long day of travel.

Positive: Mara at the front desk deserves a raise-I’ve traveled a lot in my life and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better customer experience-thank you Mara!
Negative: The whole reason we picked this hotel was because it had a pool and a hot tub (we came for my son’s 11th birthday). When we got there it became clear that children weren’t allowed in the hot tub, which was a huge disappointment. Besides Mara’s exceptional treatment it really didn’t feel amenable to children-that’s a big reason we likely won’t be making a return trip. So if you don’t really like kids around it’s probably a good choice lol.
