Positive: The location is excellent, very close to downtown Scottsdale, with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from
Negative: The hotel is somewhat old, so the bathroom exhaust fan makes a distinctive noise, and the lighting in the closet area is not bright enough. If you need complimentary bottled water, you have to request it at the front desk, as daily housekeeping does not provide water.

Positive: I liked how big it was and the amenities available
Negative: The bathrooms were outdated and our toilet was LOUD when it was flushed. If you used it at night you easily will wake up the whole room. No towels at the pool although they are there by 7:30pm they were all used up and no one refilling.
Summary: It was nice overall and we’ll be back.

Positive: The front desk staff was more than accommodating and went above and beyond for us. They upgraded our room and included 2 tickets for their wonderful breakfast buffet at no additional cost as we were celebrating our wedding night there. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the Scottsdale Double-Tree Resort to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in the valley. Thank you again!
