Summary: The front desk associate Kendal was absolutely amazing. She was kind, helpful, and was able to get a room upgrade for me. I will definitely be staying again in the future!

Summary: The staff was very friendly and very helpful to me in any questions I had and responded to my problem with the refrigerator very quickly and replaced it even though I stayed one night I go there every year for 4th of July for the day to spend with my family and my friends at the Indian still Park and the hotel just makes it so much better and so many great memories with my friends and family there thank you all so much

Summary: Friendly staff upon arrival, especially Lawrence. He was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice when we requested extra toiletries. We loved having a keurig, microwave and a fridge.

Summary: No running hot water for our showers, everything else was fine. They were undergoing renovations, so conditions were understandable.

Summary: the pool and spa were closed down. we were there with 3 rooms that included kids that had brought their swimsuits and we had to find other ways to entertain them in the heat. at the first floor elevator it smelled of sewage.

Summary: No mention that the hotel was under major renovation. Portable toilets outside lobby, no pool & long walks to get to the room. Not much to say for a Hilton.
