I would recommend this property to couples seeking romance or families wanting a worry-free vacation.
Negative: However, I did want to share some feedback about the parking process. I found it confusing to exit the structure due to unclear directions, which led to some frustration. Upon both arrival and departure, I did not receive clear instructions on how to use the parking pass that was purchased. Eventually, I was informed that the ticket pulled upon entry must be used when exiting, followed by scanning the pass. This wasn’t communicated upfront, and I believe clearer guidance either at check-in or via signage would greatly improve the experience for future guests.

Negative: The parking situation sucks. I paid for a pass to be able to come and go from the parking garage, but after checking out and trying to leave, it told me my ticket was invalid. I went back inside the hotel and they said to push the button on the machine and someone would help me. When I pushed the help button, they told me to go back inside the hotel. I ended up paying the fee in order to get out of the garage. Definitely won’t do that again

Negative: Our room only had one mirror which was in the bathroom and was very small. We were getting ready for a wedding and all the lights were very dim. The lighting was not adequate for what we were trying to get ready for we are very disappointed.

Positive: I liked the location by the water I was able to go for a walk ,and it was well lit at night beautiful
Negative: The INTERNET there was AWFUL and I wasn’t a member so I had to do a free trial just so I could get something. The people at the front desk tried but it was nearly impossible. And It kept going in and out just terrible!!
