Summary: After I ask at the front desk about the parking situation and they assure me that they only need my license plate on record I received a parking ticket by mail for unauthorized parking honestly if I needed to pay they just should let me know but this is just irresponsible,

Summary: Hallway On The Second Floor smells Like Somebody Have diarrhea on it and I took the elevator and someone pee on it. I told their staff and they only wipe it and he still smells like P for two days. They need to deep clean that place really bad.

Summary: The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking on site and a shuttle. Once I parked my cat at check in, I didn't need to drive anywhere. The shuttle took us to and from dinner and again for the show. Highly recommend.

Summary: Absolutely unexpected GEM in downtown Reading! Comfortable and clean rooms, clean pool, on site restaurant with excellent food and great service. The breakfast buffet is a can't miss! Real food not all microwave ick. So much fresh fruit and delicious bacon! Joy our morning waitress was an angel and her service was excellent! Highly recommend you book a stay here if you need accommodation in Reading!
