Summary: The hotel was in a good location. There was a. 40.00 charge added ( 20.00 per night) if you ordered extra things sent to your room. You got it back if you didn’t use it. Parking was 10.00 per night which I didn’t realize at the time of booking or we would have stayed at one of the many other hotels around that have free parking. The parking lot was huge and tons of parking was available so the parking charge is ridiculous. The restaurant looked nice but we didn’t eat there as you had to pay. The breakfast was not included in your stay. All in all the hotel is not worth the price and definitely will not stay there again. Will choose another just as nice and more reasonably priced hotel nearby.

Summary: Breakfast was definitely not worth it. Everything was cold (at about 9:15) including the eggs and not much was left. Only got taken once.

Summary: The hotel is great and the staff were friendly. I didn’t give a 5 star review because you have to pay to park even though you are a guest and also breakfast was not included. For the price of the stay I felt those should have been included. For that reason I will not return to this hotel. Felt as though I was being nickled and dimed.

Summary: The hotel itself was nice, however, I found it frustrating that they make you pay for parking in their huge parking lot. It just seems like a ridiculous fee considering that they are not in the center of Richmond. Parking fees should just be include in the total cost when booking.

Summary: Arrived at the hotel ahead of check in time and we were able to get right into our room and settled before heading to the event thar brought us to Richmond.

Summary: The parking situation is really crazy. You pay for parking through a non-hotel entity and it is handled separately from the hotel bill (via QR code and confusing instructions). No way in this location should guests have to pay for parking. Room was fine but toilet flush was antiquated, difficult to use and NOISY. Could not turn on the light in the bathroom without keeping the extractor fan on. Also noisy. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly but I would not choose to stay there again.
