Summary: This hotel is NOT 4 star quality. Our room was falling apart, along with the indoor pool. When we were looking under surfaces before leaving to make sure we did not forget anything, we found a Funion chip under the tv stand, we didn’t have any funions on our trip. I would expect higher quality for the price I paid and from a four star hotel. I will not be staying here again when I visit my family around there.

Summary: original room a/c unit didn't work -room 447. doubletree immediately switched my rom so i was happy

Summary: We had to ask to switch room because the ac was super noise then the room they switched us to smelled so bad.room need to be remodel and the elevators was not working to good

Summary: I can't believe a Doubletree hotel is in such condition. Needs major renovation. Carpet is old, center turnstile door is broken, door handles missing at entrance door. Air conditioner is very loud, we need to turn it off for a better night sleep. Traffic noise can be heard. The room assigned is far far away from elevator, anyone with mobility issue need to request room closer to elevator. Breakfast is ok for a fee, same kinds of food every morning ( we stayed 3 nights) although the staff is friendly. Area is ok for convenience.

Summary: Twice the fire alarm went off… once at 3am and again at 9:30am. Still going actually and no one even seems to care. No direction from anyone, staff just casually going about their business while this ear piercing alarm rings throughout the entire hotel. To sum up our stay, we got no sleep, the place was overcrowded with rude people and the overpriced breakfast was refrigerator cold.

Summary: Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were welcoming, Funny & Helpful, which gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the room itself felt quite worn out and in need of serious updating. The furniture was dated, and the bathroom showed clear signs of wear —from chipped fixtures to stained grout, it could definitely use a refresh. Despite these issues, my family still tried to make the most of our stay and enjoyed what they could. The location and a few of the amenities helped offset some of the disappointment. With some renovations, this hotel could really be a great place to stay.
