Summary: Had to move to new room - first room NO AC and horrible smell. Room 2 deadlock didn’t work. VERY dated everywhere you look, no refrigerator, no pool (actually filled in and concrete over pool). Doubletree has really fallen to the bottom, hoping this is just a one off. Only saving grace with this location is that the ev charging worked and they had 4 chargers - although an employee parked daily in the first spot (not an ev vehicle)

Summary: Excellent staff.. very friendly shuttle service driver! Very nice front desk check-in and recommendations for afternoon and evening meals.

Summary: The room needed some care and update. No fridge, no microwave, the shower floor was old, stained dirty, to the point I had to use a towel in it as a mat.

Summary: I reserved 2 rooms but hotel staff said they only seen 1 room on my reservation and would not allow another room. I was charged twice.

Summary: Good stay! Room had a weird smell to it, but convenient location. Pool was closed for renovations while we were there which was not mentioned prior.

Summary: A little dirty behind the toilet it looked like someone had gotten a haircut. After the 1st night no one cleaned the room. It was the 2nd day that someone came in and cleaned but forgot to do the bathroom. I booked it because of the pool but it was not available.

Summary: We stayed here for a soccer tournament so didn’t have a say in which hotel was chosen. It was mid June and the pool was under construction. Inside the hotel was dirty and run down though the actual rooms were fine. The restaurant food was terrible and the service was poor. On the day we checked in someone tried to get into my elderly mom’s room with a thin wire under her door. I went to the front desk to report it and turns out it was the hotel staff. They never actually checked my mom in even though they took her credit card and ID and issued her keys. So they were trying to get into her room because they rented it to someone else. Then they acted like we had done something wrong which made no sense. They never said anything about a $50 per day temporary charge and again acted like i was the idiot when I questioned why my credit card charge was so high. Terrible service, staff, experience. Many other families in the group had issues with this hotel.

Summary: It was a nice stay. Pros include location to airport, clean and reasonably priced. Cons include unstocked fitness room no towels, super hot/humid and trash all around. There was also no hand soap in my room and barely enough towels and toilet paper although the other amenities were well stocked including body wash. I wasn’t able to check in via the app which just slows things down. Overall nice stay, worth the money.
