Summary: The staff was friendly, hotel was nice and clean. There wasn't hardly any water pressure in the sink in both rooms. The bed was average. I've had more comfortable beds and bedding in hotels that are not upscale hotels. I didn't get the rooms that I had reserved and didn't like that they charge for parking. The cookies were good. All in all, it wasn't any more pleasant than staying at a reputable mid-range or budget friendly hotel. In my personal opinion.

Summary: The property was clean and kept well but we kept finding we needed something that should have been there. Like trash cans at the tables where we ate dinner. It's a living room/dining room type set up and it was lovely but no trash cans... We booked a river view room and one was not available. The city view was nice though. I also can't understand why coffee is free overnight but come 6 am you must pay $3.81 for a little cup of coffee. Just baffling for such a nice hotel. It was almost great.

Summary: In my reserved room found a live bed bug and got reroomed with free complimentary breakfast and they comped my garage fee. So overall the stay was Nice minus the bedbug.

Summary: This hotel was absolutely fantastic. First time in Tulsa! It is so beautiful and conveniently located near almost everything. 10 out of 10 stay. If I ever make my way back here, this is the hotel for me.
