Summary: Room was decent, hotel was pretty good. Extra charge for breakfast. The second day, we tried to get in parking garage and the gate wouldn’t open with room key. Called 3 times and never got an answer. Only other option was valet at a charge. Then we needed extra towels and front desk would never answer.

Summary: Even though the bed was very comfortable, parking was $15 a night, $50 deposit per a night and I bought a bag of chips for $6.24.

Summary: I gave this review 3/5 only because I booked this particular hotel for Mother’s Day so I could enjoy the hot tub, breakfast and comfortable bed as I have before. When I asked the front desk about the pool hours, I was never informed the hot tub was closed. That was the main purpose for my reservation. When I expressed my disappointment at check out, the front desk lady said “there was nothing she could do.”

Summary: Parking was a little expensive per day, breakfast is not free and the pool wasn’t up and working. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. The hotel is clean & I felt safe with my children.

Summary: Hotel has improved over the last year. My only concern is that there are no stairs leading to the guest rooms. I had a third floor room but I had to wait almost 10 minutes for an elevator after a long and tiring day of travel. A large group was meeting there. Need access to stairs- it also feels like a fire hazard. Otherwise the staff was helpful and the place was clean.
