Summary: Everything at the hotel was very good. It was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe during my stay. However, I have one small suggestion for improvement. In the United States, bottled water is inexpensive. The hotel provides two bottles of water only at check-in, but they are not replenished during the stay. It would be much better if the hotel replaced the two bottles with fresh ones every day or at least checked whether guests needed more water. This small change would greatly improve the guest experience.

Summary: Everything was good in general, except for the AC in the room. it was ancient and very loud. like it woke me up in the night kind of loud. I kept the room warmer than I usually would because I really didn't want the AC to kick in.

Summary: The hotel was very nice. However, I do not recommend paying more for the city view. Our city room view on the 15th floor had a small window and it faced another building. In addition, the a/c wouldn’t cool the room lower than 71 degrees, the body soap pump was empty, and they only provided one k-cup. Otherwise everything was good and the location was convenient.
