Summary: The dining staff needs some work. A very long delay and miscommunication between staff memebers lead to even longer waits. Food was good and hot. Found trash in trash can from previous resident in the bathroom and trash behind the night stand. Along with an accumulation of dust behind the night stand.

Summary: Honestly the app would not let me sign in and check in virtually in the morning in the afternoon and in the evening. Once I did check into my room my toilet looked horrendous like one that you would find at a gas station. The lid was dirty the entire Bowl was dirty and it is not somewhere that I would stay again

Summary: Everyone that we encountered at the hotel was very nice! There was a mix up when we were given keys to an already occupied room. The room itself was old and the beds were very lumpy. They are in the process of renovations. There are also stairs in the mIn lobby to get to the elevators, which was annoying since I have to use a walker.

Summary: The staff was excellent and helpful. When the heat in our suitedidn't work, a staff member responded promptly and fixed the problem. The trouble with the DoubleTree is that it tries to be a 5-star hotel, but the parking lot is terrible, the breakfast food was late and cold, and unit furniture and carpeting was very old an doutdated; not near enough electrical outlets. It's a good 4 star.
