Summary: The time display for when breakfast end was not fully correct..the sign showed ends at 11am but we got there to eat to find out they closed at 10am..the time during the week ends at 10 am. and ends at 11am on the weekend..the sign needs to show this so that people don't go down for breakfast to find there is none like we did

Summary: It was excellent! Extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and very spacious Both the indoor and outdoor pools were in a beautiful setting as well

Summary: Check-in didn’t take too long despite only seeing one person at the front desk. Room was great—must’ve been redone recently. Parking was easy the entire time. Honestly, my only complaint is the refillable toiletries bottles that don’t have tamper-proof locks on them. Ewwww!

Summary: Easy stay. Only problem I couldn’t leave a tip for the room cleanup staff using the online service. Left cash but if you are going cashless you need to add this.

Summary: Hotel as an over all was nice. Was a bit confused though. As a fault of my own i booked a saturday and didnt realize i didnt choose friday as well. First night had just a kind room. Which was on first floor and did lead to the out side with sliding door. Second night i had paid more which was the first i booked and had a balcony. That room was in worse condition with the bathroom and the balcony was a view of an over run basket ball court with weeds. Just a few flooors up from my room the first night. 135 was room first night 335 the second night. With 23 dollars more for a room in worse condition wasnt worth it for a balcony with a crap view. Take that into consideration when booking the classic king or delux king.

Summary: My hubby, kids and I visited this location during memorial weekend, while going to Busch gardens. Overall the hotel was ok, the pool my kids enjoyed, and of course the added touch of our chocolate chip cookies was amazing! But there were a few disappointing factors, the carpet smelled like mildew and the smell hit you as soon as you walked through the door. And we stayed for 3 days, I informed the staff of upon arrival and throughout our stay. Housekeeping did their best to fix the problem, but you could tell it was probably from people coming into the room after going to the pool and having their wet clothes laying around. I finally just decided to try and live with it and we stayed out of the room as much as possible, by going to the pool, arcade and sitting in the lobby playing games. There were stains on the carpet, and the radiator cover startled us when it randomly fell off at 2am while my kids were sleeping. My only other concern was that I was charged daily small random charges and when I questioned the staff no one could directly answer. I informed them that I would prefer to charged just one fee, versus a daily room charge, they said it should drop off and then there should be one final charge. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The air conditioning unit went out, but when we reported it maintenance came immediately. Our overall stay was not bad, but I will not revisit this property, especially with the mildew smell in the carpet.

Summary: Upon arriving I was told that the room I picked from the map was under maintenance.. No big deal, I was given a room on the fifth floor. The room was dusty, the curtains had stains and the there was a long crack in the ceiling as if any minute the ceiling would fall

Summary: Amyah at the front desk was super kind and welcoming. Staff was friendly as well. Room was spacious and super clean. Bathroom is a little small. Overall 5 stars for certain!

Summary: Nice hotel, but went off-season, parking lot wide open and my card was charged for parking without being notified in advance. The restaurant was closed and no available amenities during stay. Check in girl was eating subway and texting on her phone and barely acknowledged us.
