Summary: Shower not working properly, paying to park when you’re a guest at the facility is ridiculous. We were comped price after the fire alarm engaged however, paying for parking is silly

Summary: Front desk clerk was very friendly. The lower level of the hotel was breathtaking. I could tell a lot of thought went into the upgrades. I could see however the repairs needed on my floor. I stated on the third floor. When walking through the halls and looking up I could see the damage. In my room, the toilet was really low to the ground. The door to the bathroom had a scratch on it.
