Summary: Very Clean Rooms Beautiful Grounds Restaurant Food and Menu was basic and overpriced. Bar atmosphere and music was disappointing

Summary: Third week here. The recurrent problem is with the maid service. The maids we encountered do not speak English well, if at all, so they do not understand what you are saying. For instance, they did not understand come in and make the beds, so they left. They do not understand come back in an hour. Their cleaning and replenishment of bathroom toiletries - towels, toilet paper, shampoo, is inconsistent and lacking. We have called the front desk to report and we usually have a maid show up after calling, but not always. And again, they usually do not completely replenish the bathroom supplies. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice! Service and cleanliness on the entire first floor (check-in, restaurant, bar) has been excellent.

Summary: This resort is well located, great staff with everything you need. Two amazing swimming pools, good fitness center and the rooms had everything we need. I would recommend anyone to stay here and maybe next time we'll try the restaurant. The self-serve market was definitely a great touch

Summary: Second week staying here and same pluses and minuses (issues). Maid service is unpredictable and not thorough. We did not have “do not disturb”sign out and maid did not come three times. Called and reported it. One time maid came and cleaned thoroughly. Another time, maid came but when we came home in the evening, the door was not completely closed! Third time, asked for maid when we left at 12:30 pm and maid did not come at all. Reported it to the front desk again. A problem we encountered once while here - we told the maid to come in and just make the bed. We told her several times and welcomed her into the room. She closed the door (we thought to get supplies) but she left!! She did not understand English, we believe.

Summary: The AC in my room never worked the entire duration of my stay. The room was warm and the bathroom has no AC vent so it felt like outside you had to take cool showers.

Summary: The room was a good size. The bed and couch seemed a little worn out and could be replaced. The garbage cans provided were pretty much useless! The pool was amazing.

Summary: Stayed a week. Front desk and check in were fabulous! Breakfast was excellent! Yesenia at breakfast was superb! She was friendly, welcoming, and with great attention to the buffet food quality and also to our table. Buffet food selection changed daily, with great variety. The maid service was inconsistent and never knew when they would clean the room (had to call once, another time a no show). They never vacuumed the room while we were there. In the lobby, the floor, tables and chairs were clean, the bar was clean. The outside seating area and sidewalks/halls could have been swept/cleaned. The fitness center is being remodeled so fitness was in a temporary location, somewhat remote off the main floor. The access hall was dirty and smelled bad. But overall, very happy staying here. We extended our stay another week and would come back.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel. The pool was excellent, as was the room. The service was great. It was very quiet and I thoroughly enjoyed staying.
