Positive: I liked that we had the whole floor to ourselves, They were negotiable to let me come ahead of check in time.The owners are so polite, very nice, kind people. Very easy to talk to.

Negative: Unfortunately, the ac broke down on our first night. With 100 humidity it was a restless night.They were so kind to give us a refund less one day we stayed.
