Summary: We enjoyed the spa options and the quiet environment made for a very relaxing weekend. We were able to visit a winery with assistance from the staff and drive through the beautiful Douro Valley.

Summary: Lovely hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The spa was heaven as the indoor pool, hot tub and Turkish bath were included. I didn't see the sense in having to buy the shower cap/swimming cap as it wasn't waterproof

Summary: Nice room with a view of hills. Comfortable. With more people in the hotel the sound carries. The spa is not hot but it was adequate for water aerobics. Good shower and internet in my room and spacious. Breakfast was amazing.

Summary: Receptionist was not helpful with river cruises, pointed to brochures. It was end of tourist season so river cruises, restaurants were minimal. Rooms were large and clean.

Summary: amazing facilities including free spa in an area that has seen better days but is hoping for regeneration from new thermal baths. not easiest to get to but pinhao less than an hour away
