Positive: Attractive well done finished basement bedroom. Very clean. Attentive host. Good adjustable heating system. Nice private entrance. Convenient driveway parking. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Negative: No kitchenette, for example, no kitchen sink or stove. There is a microwave and min fridge. Only one chair for main table. A long drive from Montreal (about 25 mins).
