Positive: The location was good near to main town, we were in slight incline but nice and quiet.thought the outlay of cottage was lovely and we were very impressed

Negative: Was not sure in the garden for my little cairn terrier although it said secure and there were lots of trees and bushes which was really nice I could not check the fencing so she went out in a lead as there was a drop to the road the other side. The only thing was there was a slight smell in the first bathroom but overall excellent

Positive: What a great place! A peaceful location, with very high quality fixtures and fitting. Fantastic showers and bathrooms. Great kitchen, off road parking, easy to adjust heating. Close to station and town. Loved our stay.

Positive: All the things that one needed were there. Lovely hot showers.which were needed as weather was not great. Easy to work instructions.

Negative: Just to say take away menus need updating as some were from 22/23 season.

Positive: The house is very well decorated by the owners; it is also exceptionally clean on the inside. There is plenty of parking on the shared drive. There were all of the essentials in the kitchen, including for our dog. A selection of board games was available too. Overall, the property had very a welcoming feel. The back garden is secure if you are travelling with a dog.

Negative: On our first afternoon, we were approached by a very angry female neighbor that lives up the street, not from the property next door. She shouted a lot of unprovoked abuse at us, saying that we should not be driving up the road where the property is as it is for the residents only. It was unpleasant. The beds at the property have extremely hard mattresses, these were very uncomfortable. The double bed is tiny and is not really suitable for two average size adults. This was disappointing as our sleep was quite poor. The iron at the property has a European plug and there was no transformer provided. We texted the number in the welcome book to see if this can be solved but received no response at all. The back garden of the property is rather unkempt, especially around the conservatory area.
