Summary: We enjoyed our short stay here. We especially loved the view of the water and boats in the back of the property.

Summary: Overall the unit was reasonable for the price paid. The manager is on site. The bayou is accessible but didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Some concerns. The property is located next to a busy street with questionable people sleeping in a nearby field. The unit was stuffy with a moldy smell. They updated the unit but left broken cabinets up. So if you plan to travel with small kids and like to cook, this unit may not work for you. My husband and I found it comfortable for a quick trip.

Summary: Perfect, cozy little space located between downtown Pensacola and Perdido Key. It is situated in a quiet complex and the unit has been comfortably updated. Perfect for trips to the area without the high prices of hotels and high rises. Fishing and water sports available in the bayou 200’ from your back door. Uber does run here as well and can get you to downtown or the beach. Of course either place is just a 15-20 minute drive.

Summary: The unit was very clean and well equipped! The coffee was perfect, the beds we so comfortable and the communication with the manager was second to none! I was very impressed, and will recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
