Sleeps 12 and lots of amenities just like home -- cable, wifi, Internet, a work station, micro-wave, washer & dryer and a large kitchen for entertaining. On and off street parking and bus route accessible. Can easily park 4 to 6 cars in the back. Visit and walk to GVSU downtown campus, Gerald R. Summary: The rooms are large. Everything worked great, from the appliances to the snow shovel. We chose the property for the location, but were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we were. Plus, Mike responds right away to any questions. Thanks for making our stay easy!

Summary: We came over from the UK, for the graduation of our daughter at Grand Valley State University. Really well placed for downtown and restaurants etc. Property very well equipped and cosy. Parking easy. We would look to stay here again when visiting Grand Rapids.

Summary: This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to down town, restaurants, coffee shops. It is close to the freeway so easy to get to other parts of the city. It is an older house but has been nicely renovated. It has lots of space and is stocked with everything you need. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Mike is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to any inquiries. We have stayed at both of his properties and have not been disappointed. We will definitely be staying again when we get back to Grand Rapids.
