Summary: Convienently located, quiet, and the host is very communcative. Things of note: This is a second floor home with steep narrow stairs. I would not recommend if you have mobility issues. Advertised washer/dryer was not present. It is an older home with good bones but needs a serious refresh. The paint is old and dull with lots of patch work and stains. While it may be clean, it does not feel clean. Bedroom doors that did not shut or lock. Sheets felt worn with minor stains and no top sheet on the beds. Window A/C units; in one room the extension cord stretched across the room from the only working outlet. The bed side lamps in that room are for looks only as there is nowhere to plug them or your cell phone in to an outlet. Room darkening curtains in the bedrooms would be a good idea for guests needing to sleep past sunrise. It is a good starter but needs work.

Summary: I had a different impression from the photos than i experienced upon arrival. However, the manager and staff were amazing, responded quickly, and helped me feel better about our stay. The park was a real bonus.
