Positive: It was close to the market and pharmacy. Recycling was nearby also. The cookware was nonstick and of excellent quality, which I appreciated because we cooked most meals. There was a great little restaurant around the corner that we visited twice. The heating was adjustable and the mattresses were comfortable. There were also little extras like good coffee and filters, and a kettle. It was quiet and you could see the rising moon just outside the front room window.
Negative: At first I was bothered a bit that there was no cutting board in the apartment because like I said, I did a lot of cooking. But I got one at the market around the corner and it fit well in the kitchen - it was even color coordinated. I would have liked to have had access to a broom so I could have tidied up more. We were there for eight days.
Summary: This apartment was lovely and perfectly met our needs for this particular stay - loved it!

Negative: Its very small and they do not clean it even if you stay for 5-6 nights. You need to pay additional. Also, there should be a place to keep the bags after checking out.
Summary: It was okay. We will try to stay somewhere else next time.

Positive: The location is perfect, the neighborhood and transportation services are great. There is a bakery right next to the entrance of the building, there are supermarkets on the same street and across, there is an U-Bahn station right in front of the building (Suitbertusstraße). The apartment was very cozy and the balcony is nice and spacious. We absolutely loved the high ceilings of the apartment because it makes the apartment feel comfortable.
Negative: Not too important but the amenities offered by the apartment were very minimal, for example there were no paper towels or tissues in the living room / kitchen, and there was no any laundry detergent as well as shampoo and conditioner. The washing machine is super old, it sounded like it was falling apart every time we made a wash. If you want to sleep in the living room with the windows open, since it is directly on the street, it is very noisy because of the U-Bahn (which only stops operating between 1-5 am).

Positive: Extremely clean and well organised, felt homey and luxurious due to excellent decor and the provided facilities like smart TVs, washing machine and a kitchen area with all the items needed to cook and eat along with a lovely dining table. Balcony at the back of the property was also nice wether it was protecting you from rain or letting you sit in the sun
Negative: The only thing was the couch beds in the living room where a bit high to sit on but that’s not a big deal as there’s chairs for the dining table
Summary: Lovely place in a beautiful area with excellent food and access to the town via the trams
