Positive: Location - The apartment is located next to a train station (Interlaken West) Self check in - Self check-in was easy (instructions are provided prior to arrival) for us as we arrived a bit late, around 9 p.m. Lift - There’s a small lift to go to the apartment, super handy since we have plenty of luggage Rooms & amenities- All the rooms are spacious and come with all the amenities and equipment

Positive: Big room and all amentities. In the center of the city but if you have no car and come with big luggages, a bit of walk from train station. Anyway in walking distance with flat.

Negative: The bed is a bit noisy and the door is ground glass which still able to see from outside. Make it normal door would be great.

Positive: The staff were very welcoming and helped us plan out our two days in Interlaken with recommendations on where to go and how to find tickets. The facilities and room overall were clean and tidy, and the apartment is in a very convenient location next to Interlaken West train station. Would highly recommend!

Negative: There was no bathroom door in our room, but there was an external bathroom available on the floor.
