Our cozy apartment with a fenced doggie area is located near University of Texas in a lively eclectic neighborhood with many excellent restaurants,coffee houses, bars,entertainment, grocery & liquor store only within blocks. Perfect launching pad for your Austin adventure! Few min walk to famous 6th St. and West Lynn. Near ACL, SXSW etc.
You’ll love the neighborhood! Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). A taste of urban living in a quiet and safe area.
One bedroom with 2 Queen beds and 1 twin bed in living room and 1 futon. One bathroom with towels. Cozy living room with flat screen TV, CABLE TV and free high speed internet. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Austin. Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only. If your flight lands at midnight, your check in is not going to be a problem.

Biking is a very popular way to get around within Clarksville and the nearby areas. There are so many restaurants and attractions nearby, that for some Clarksville residents, walking is an easy way to get the area.
If you prefer to ride the bus, Capital Metro Route 9 passes through Clarksville.

Summary: 3 friends and I stayed for a long weekend. Only 10-15 mins away from downtown. Appreciated parking availability and the porch. If you are planning on spending a lot of time at the apartment, there isn't a ton of seating - one of the beds is in the living room. But it was perfect for us as we spent a lot of time out and about.
