Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.
This beautifully remodeled condo boasts beautiful wood flooring throughout, and plenty of lighting. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a smart tv with a roku remote, modern bedside tables that house an outlet extension with USB ports, a luggage rack, plenty of closet space, and a dresser so you can fully unpack to feel more at home. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, an arm chair, a smart tv with a roku remote, an electric fireplace, and beautiful side tables. There is also a 2 top dining room table. The kitchenette offers a 2 burner stove top, 12 cup coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and a toaster. In the handy coat closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, an iron with an ironing board, a broom, and additional storage. The large bathroom offers a jet tub, a walk-in shower and separate toilet room, and a vanity that provides additional storage. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 2 person seating arrangement on the large screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully.
We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, and limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you brought your little one.
Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Summary: Great walking distance from the downtown area. The room was clean. It is more like a hotel set up but the rooms are large with a separate living space. The street noice was loud so it wasn’t enjoyable to sit outside in the attached screened in porch but we honestly did not have time to do so anyway. We were there for a wedding at Castle Farms which was only 10 minutes away.

Summary: We stayed here for one night and it was a perfect fit for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. Check in was easy, with instructions provided for after hours arrival. This location is very walkable to town and restaurants.

Summary: I was looking for a location that would allow dogs for my wife's birthday. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants in Chalavoix. And less than a 20 minute drive to Boyne or Petosky. We will probably stay here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is showing its age (furniture/bathroom especially) but still in good shape. Our refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out from the last guest, there were open beverages inside and a partially full bottle of wine. Also a hair dryer would have been greatly appreciated ....not even one at the front desk. Also found it odd there was no one at the front desk at night and they don’t arrive until 9:00 am?
