Summary: Beautiful and nicely decorated rental. Very clean with well stocked kitchen & bath. Met the owner Jon and he was very nice and knowledgeable of the town and surrounding area. The loft home is very spacious with comfortable living and bedroom furniture. If the need arises we will definitely book this one again!

Summary: The apartment was very clean, spacious and a great location. Breakfast was included at Fava's located below the apartment. Delicious food and good service. There was a Murphy bed in the great room , which is a nice bonus if you need it. Washer and dryer in the unit as well. It had everything we needed and we had a great stay. Would highly recommend if you plan on visiting the Bourbon Trail, local wineries or just to get away for a few days.

Summary: Such a cute “shot-gun” apartment for my daughter and I while attending a horse show at Kentucky horse park. The diner was perfect down below for some old fashion diner cooking.

Summary: The listing was just as advertised! It was beautifully done with great communication and a great location! The food was exceptional for breakfast keeping you fueled up for all day long & the staff from downstairs was extremely nice and polite. The kitchen was well appointed and had more then you could ever imagine you would need. We slept great & had no issues with noise. It’s a great little community and hidden gem of a place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone going to stay there. Look forward to returning.

Summary: We had a great time staying here. Simple, easy and the free breakfast was delicious! There is some noise from the restaurant downstairs but nothing that bothered us too much. Great setup for a couple getting away and relaxing.

Summary: We were in town for a horse show with our 2 girls. Place was perfect. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything. Breakfast at the Restaurant downstairs was very convenient for breakfast (which was included). No complaints. Would stay here again.

The space is extremely clean and has everything you need during your stay. 20 min drive to downtown Lexington is worth staying in Georgetown at this vrbo. The restaurant below is fantastic and our breakfasts were included! We could not hear a sound while spending time above the restaurant - We will return!

Summary: We loved our stay. The owner is amazing. The place was brand new. We brought our two young kids with us and it was the perfect getaway. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and the servers were really nice. Georgetown is a really cool town. We will be back. The owners clearly take pride in this property and it shows.
