3 Bedroom Cottage in Bristol

The Mount Hope Cottage is a cozy, sunny, warm cottage located right in the heart of downtown Bristol, Rhode Island. With 3 sleeping rooms and 4 beds it can sleep up to 6 people. We prefer 1-5 guests though for maximum comfort and optimal house functioning. If you have 6 guests please reach out before booking as we do have to approve these stays case by case. The main bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed in it along with a smart TV, clothes cabinet, closet with hangers, and other amenities. The Second bedroom is the close-off living room space which has privacy black out curtains, a door lock, and for beds it has a new queen sized pull out sofa and 2 twin sleeper chairs along with a smart TV, a clothes cabinet with hangers and 3 drawers for clothes. ***Please note that the third sleeping space is the office space/common area which has a sleeper futon in it and is located upstairs on the second level. This third sleeping space/office does not seal off at night and it is an open area which is perfect for young kids/young adults.*** This is a cozy "quirky" historic cottage which is ideal for families of 5 or less.
The yard is huge (100 by 50 feet) and fully fenced in for pets if you roll out the 11 foot driveway roll out fence once you park in our driveway. We have a blink security camera on the exterior of the house pointing towards the driveway and check in is contactless.

Summary: The Downtown Cottage was perfect and as advertised! I was worried about being cold (coming from the South) but it was actually quite cozy! Well stocked with all the necessities and Jason did an exceptional job making sure we knew how to contact him if needed! The shower was nice and hot and had excellent water pressure!

Summary: Excellent VRBO with all the accommodations you will need when traveling. The owners are very nice and they make sure your stay is a plant one. It’s also located within very short walking distance to many excellent restaurants, night clubs, marina, sports park and more!!We highly recommend to all!!

Summary: We chose the cottage for its location and outdoor space. Neither were a disappointment, kids loved the backyard with raspberries and a friendly little bunny. We felt safe exploring the neighborhood and played at the park only a couple blocks away many times. We checked out Newport, but appreciated the more quiet and quaint Bristol as our home base.

Summary: This little house had just what I was looking for. Great safe location, great parking, great yard and neighborhood. Is there a limit on how many 'greats' I can include?Just a note: If you are large you might find the bathroom tight. The bedroom upstairs has steep stairs but not a problem for able bodied people. I felt very safe and at home during my 5 nights there.
