Summary: Much more than we expected when we booked the property. Wonderful host and immaculate suite with many conveniences including a full kitchen. Located conveniently in a quite location next to upscale restaurant and coffee shop.

Summary: Absolutely loved the quaint convenient location! Accommodations were excellent! The Downtown Loft was well equipped with all our needs. Loved the decorating making one feel so at home!

Summary: This rental is a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the north Georgia mountains. It is well equipped with everything you need and very clean. Restaurant and coffee shop across street. Good location.

Summary: The location of this sweet bungalow was perfect for my family group. The property was very clean and the nearby coffee shop was a plus. Overall I'd call it very good, but just a few tweaks would take it to the next level. Step #1 in the keyless entry instructions isn't necessary and in fact keeps the door from unlocking. The instructions for operating the TV could also use an update. Guests have taken it upon themselves to add correct instructions to the property binder. Also, the pretty open shelving in the kitchen would be a nice spot to add a lamp for the otherwise dark kitchen. The mattresses are past their prime, especially the double bed. Bed and bath linens were ok, but it's nice to offer one hand towel per guest. We had two for the four of us. The kitchen was a little short on towels as well. One towel was provided for our four-night stay to be used for both drying dishes, and drying hands. We chose to use paper towels instead. With family in the area, I'd like to use this property again and just a few small updates will definitely bring me back.

Summary: In a beautiful location, as soon as you walked in, you felt right at home. Recommend for a couple(s) weekend getaway! Or rent it out for the entire week! The coffee shop close by is super amazing! Also Helen, GA is only 25 minutes drive and I highly recommend to stop by a few Winery close by.

Summary: We arrived just in time to get ready for wedding that was located about 15 minutes from the Loft Apartment and sad to say, had to be back out the door early the next morning. The place was very clean and extremely charming. I would have loved to stay longer!

Summary: Nathan was very nice and friendly. Very flexable terms. The property is right downtown in historic little Demorest. VERY quiet at night. The property is very well laid out and homey. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Thanks for a lovely stay.
