Positive: Great central location. Very clean and pleasant. Staff very polite and attentive. Pleased to have a proper fridge and microwave although I didn't use the microwave oven.

Negative: Breakfast was rather disappointing with little choice. I would have expected cereals and fruit juice as options but nothing. I was forced to have omelette and toast every morning.

Positive: The room was very spacious, which made the stay super comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom was excellent, very clean, modern, and well-maintained. One thing I really liked was the entertainment setup: the TV comes with a soundbar and Netflix, which made it feel like a home theater experience. The room also includes your own kitchen, a proper closet, and plenty of storage space, making it perfect even for longer stays. Everything felt well thought out, from the layout to the amenities. The place was clean, cozy, and had a very premium feel overall.

Negative: Since most of the staff are On T, it’s noticeable that they are not fully trained yet. For example, they entered my room while I was sleeping just to place bottled water without even knocking on the door. That was very concerning and a clear invasion of privacy. On the same day (Saturday) around 9 AM, the reception called my room, waking me up just to inform me that breakfast would only be available until 10 AM. While the intention may be good, calling a guest early in the morning for something non-urgent was unnecessary and disruptive. Service consistency and professionalism definitely need improvement, especially when it comes to guest privacy, communication, and overall training of staff. Small things like respecting “Do Not Disturb,” proper knocking procedures, and being mindful of guests’ rest would make a big difference. Overall rating: 7/10. The facilities and room quality are great, but service and staff training still need significant improvement.
