Welcome to Edmonds! We are delighted to share our seaside hometown with you. This true 1928 craftsman features charming touches with modern amenities & space for a large group. You'll have the entire home, private yard, & expansive covered front porch all to yourselves. Just 2 blocks to the heart of downtown and 5 blocks from the beach, you will delight in everything Edmonds has to offer: quaint shops, restaurant variety, Farmer's Market (May-Oct), & stunning Puget Sound/Olympic Mountain views.
If you enjoy cozying up around a gas fireplace, preparing a barbeque on a (seasonally) furnished outdoor patio, or watching the world go by from the comfort of your front porch, this is the place for you. Need a private space for work or respite? Our home offers separate "wings" for your group to stay comfortably, plus a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of dining space for your group to eat together. One main floor bedroom with plush queen bed and full bathroom, a king sized bed in the Primary en-suite, and two additional bedrooms upstairs, all with hotel-grade bedding and bath accessories. We want you to be comfortable and make yourselves at home, so we've also included games, play 'n pack crib, and high chair. Plenty of free uncovered parking.

Summary: This is by far the best Vrbo Home I have ever rented. We stayed there with my family and everyone of us was amazed at how beautiful this home was. It is walking distance to downtown Edmonds, walking distance to the ferry, walking distance to the beach. Just a perfect home to rent. Every bed was so comfortable, and the linens were so luxurious. Perfect kitchen to cook a meal in. Big table to eat at. so much room no one stumbled across each other. Will be returning.

Summary: this house is one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed in ever. And we travel the world. The house is absolutely adorable, Michelle has everything you would need in a vacation rental and nothing is lacking. The location is absolutely perfect for the farmers market on Saturdays to just walk down the street to grab meat and produce. Two blocks from downtown walkable to all the restaurants and the ferry and the beach. Thank you for such an amazing weekend in Edmonds!!

Summary: We were fortunate to spend two weeks at this property. The location to town, ferry, water front was excellent. Michelle and Katrina were responsive, efficient and courteous. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking supplies you might need any several options for making coffee. Our favorite feature would be the front porch where we relaxed with coffee in the morning and wine at night. The location is perfect! It's a very short walk to both downtown and the waterfront. (We enjoyed the shops and restaurants downtown as well the market on Saturday. Nightly sunsets were beautiful! We had a couple minor issues during our stay that were quickly remedied by our hosts. Great communication. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Edmonds!

Summary: This property was perfect for our extended family gathering for a high school graduation with plenty of room for my parents and our family with 3 kids. The house was fully stocked and had everything we could think of. Awesome location with a short walk to the park, downtown Edmonds and the ferry. We felt at home and loved our time there. We will definitely be back next time we are in town to see family!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this Edmonds Bowl home. Our hosts provided all of the little things that make VRBO such a great experience. There was coffee, shampoo etc.. the Location was very near downtown and allowed us to explore and enjoy all that Edmonds has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: This home is well stocked, incredibly cozy, wonderful sitting areas where you can create family memories. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels provided. House was very clean and smelled nice. Downtown is a few blocks away. We loved walking down everyday for coffee or to shop. Would love to return and stay here again. Michelle was very helpful and accessible.
