This condo features a massive 100 inch virtual window video wall providing our guests with the spectacular views of their choice as well as local live cams showing real time views of the city. TV, movies, games and standard computer functions can also be enjoyed on this multi screen wall.
High quality cotton linens, a brand new Posturepedic mattress, washer/dryer, stainless appliances. Play station, 1GB super HIGH SPEED WIFI, work desk, marble bathroom and 3 closets including an extra large walk in closet with Washer/Dryer/ laundry station and luggage storage. The kitchen is well stocked with wine glasses, dishes, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker and everything you need to feel at home.

Summary: Perfect location in NW Grand Rapids! 5 minute drive to Belknap Park and 20+ pickleball courts. 3 block walk to 6th Street restaurants. 4 block walk/drive to a Fresh Market Meijer. 10 minute drive to downtown… Amenities in this Union Square Condo building are wonderful and people friendly. Will stay again!!

Summary: The decor, the place, the location...all were perfect for me. It is super close to downtown, the place was cozy, well stocked with majority of what you need for an extended stay, and the owners were more than accommodating and easy to work with. The parking was great for being downtown, the security guards are awesome, and the entire apartment felt like home while being away from home for almost 4 months! 10 out 10...would recommend!
