Welcome to the Kelseyville Kottage! Perfect downtown Kelseyville location, short walking distance to Main Street to all of the local restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, & frequent town events. This charming home was recently all upgraded & renovated with new bathrooms, furnishings, on demand hot water heater, & a hot tub with one the best views around. Primary bedroom features a king size bed, huge closet, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two full size air mattresses for extra sleeping space. Smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. High speed Wifi, central heat/AC, fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, attached 2 car extra deep garage with bonus parking along side of garage. Great option for fisherman/local bass tourneys with lots of parking, and is located at the end of a quiet residential culd-e-sac! Only about a 4 mile drive to closest boat launch. Fantastic covered back deck, huge stone patio with propane fire pit, BBQ grill, detached bar room with darts & beverage fridge, 3-4 person hot tub looking out over the Kelsey Creek, downtown & Mt. Konocti. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Award winning wineries/tasting rooms within walking distance and/or only about a 10 minute drive. Complementary local bottle of wine and custom wine glasses provided along with a few snacks. Overall, a super comfortable space in a perfect, convenient location!

Summary: Four of us college gal-pals celebrated our 59/years of friendship at this lovely property. We loved our stay at the Kelseyville Kottage. Everything about it screams comfort and style. It’s so absolutely perfect that we didn’t want to leave. We’ll be back!

Summary: Great property in a central location for Lake County wine exploration! The house was perfect for two adult couples. Nice quiet location at the dead end of a road overlooking downtown Kelseyville.

Summary: This home did not disappoint. Quiet location at the end of a secluded street. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Quick drive over to Clear Lake from here. Would book again!

Summary: This house is so beautiful and charming. You can tell they thought about the renter when they remodeled/decorated. Hot tub is in the corner away from neighbors, which makes it nice to have some laughs. New appliances. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. The property manager had great communication and was super nice/friendly/helpful.

Summary: Our stay at Cassie’s property was fantastic. The house was really cozy and inviting. The living room and kitchen was the perfect hangout spot, along with the out door patio. The stunning view from the patio was awesome in the hot tub and grilling next to the fire pit. We had a great time here and would definitely come again! Thank you to Cassie for being an awesome host!
