The City of Clayton is known for the many chef-driven farm-to-table restaurants as well as the many shops and boutiques to peruse. This home is only four quick miles to Downtown Clayton. Other fun attractions include Goats On The Roof, Tallulah Gorge State Park, Highlands Aerial Park, Moccasin Creek State Park, and Sapphire Valley Resort.

The street is paved and easy to access. This home is perfect for golf outings and weddings/events at Kingwood Resort & Winery whereas it is just across the highway.
