Negative: No air conditioning, loud building & neighbours partying above. The access code wasn’t working, they were not picking up the phone number provided, so we had to wait outside in 30+ degrees heat with a toddler until someone got back to us and allowed entry.

Positive: We had to book the room in the last minute of our travel. We have called the reception and we were answered very fast. The room (actually it was a penthouse apartment) was very comfortable. We liked air conditioning a lot. Everything was clean and tidy.

Positive: We had a great time, the location is perfect, very nice neighbourhood with good restaurants, cafés, and it only takes 15-20 minutes to get to the city centre by tram. The flat was spatious, clean, we received clear instructions and it was an extra that there was parking on the spot. Parking was 20 € / night and there was a fee for having a pet with us, 10 € / night but this was also quite clear from the description and it was a very clear and transparent way to pay those fees. There were two toilets in the flat which was also a plus as there was 6 of us.

Negative: The flat could have been a bit better equipped, there were not many glasses/plates to use in the kitchen and it was a bit unclear how to use the dishwasher as we couldn't find any instructions. Also, the living room and kitchen was a bit differently structured than in the picture (it probably belonged to another flat in the building) - we thought that the kitchen and living room would be more seperated from each other. These however didn't take away from the experience, all in all we had a great stay, I believe it is a good price for quality, so I absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Positive: Location is super nice and is still in good value compared with other establishments.

Negative: There is a bit of drop how clean it is and also the bed I had on the left side was almost broken. I have stayed there 5 times and definitely it was drop the quality. Honestly I would focus on spotless cleaning rather than anything, if it would be super clean I wouldn’t complain for the bed.

Positive: The location is excellent — public transportation is very close to the apartment building, only about a 2-minute walk away. Perfect! Check-in was very easy and everything was clearly explained in the instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had large windows providing plenty of natural light. Communication with the administration via WhatsApp was very quick and friendly; any questions I had were promptly addressed. The area is quiet, which is very important to me, and I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

Negative: The only small downside (if it can even be called that) was that the TV channels were only in Czech — there were no English channels.
